Xiancao is a plant that grows in China. It is boiled and made into jelly.

 

It is said to look like coffee jelly.

 

I don't know if it's good for anything or...

Today, I didn't feel like making jelly, so I put in 1 teaspoon and poured in hot water.

Like sweet tea. It looks like it has sugar in it.

 

I think it would taste better if it was a bit thicker.
