Taiwan's famous Xiancao jelly

I made Taiwan's famous Xiancao jelly.

 

Add 80 cc of hot water to 1 tablespoon of theXiancao Senso jelly ingredients and leave it to stand.

 

It's like coffee jelly!

Pour the soy milk whip over the top.

Delicious!

 

I feel like it's less herbal than the tea!

 

Seems to be available on Amazon, so I figured I'd try a few things!
