Green peas rice
One day in early summer I got some green peas.
These green peas are fertilizer-free and pesticide-free.
Green peas are a type of green vegetable that is rich in minerals, but they also contain protein, which means they are good for vegans.
This must be cooked quickly because once the beans are removed from the pods, they become hard.
I took the green peas out of the pods for the first time.
Put a bag of green peas out of pods, 1.5 cups of rice, about 2 teaspoons of salt and 240 cc of water in an earthen pot and heat.
When steam rises from the earthenware pot, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Steam the clay pot for 20 minutes and voila!
It was very easy!
They say green peas are only available fresh for a short time!
This time I just happened to be lucky enough to get my hands on one!
I'm very satisfied!
