Blue pancakes for Tanabata
I made blue pancakes on July 7, 2022.

Mash one banana and mix the blue coloring into the usual pancake mix flour made from rice flour.
The pigment is from a flower called butterfly pea.
It didn't turn out blue at all, so I mixed about 2 tablespoons of butterfly peas with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and half a cup of soy milk, then about 2 tablespoons of butterfly peas.

Butterfly peas are not well mixed.
But I cooked rice.

The result is a speckled cake.
The cake tasted the same, which was good.
When you make a cake, you may want to mix the flours first.

Again this year, no stars could be seen.
It rains a lot and I am worried about the future.
