In February, there is also Valentine's Day in Japan.
Japan was fascinated by Western culture, so it also copied Valentine's Day.
But because we have different religions, the Japanese may not have understood very well.
For some reason, it has become a day to give chocolate.
Chocolate is now very expensive.
I decided to make something similar myself with chocolate, using a book called “Gentle Sweets Made from Plants” by Shirasaki Tea Party as a guide.
Let's make something that looks like chocolate!

The ingredients used were silken tofu, cocoa powder, sugar and coconut oil.
If you use cotton tofu, it won't mix well, so use silken tofu.
It seems that it cannot be made during the hot season because it uses coconut oil.
Such a pity when it's so delicious!

Put all the ingredients except the coconut oil into a food processor and mix well. Then, heat the mixture until it starts to thicken, then turn off the heat and add the coconut oil. When it has hardened, it's ready to eat!
