Tokyo in the near future. NOUNAI Senri joins a large pharmaceutical company, RUOWA, to cure his sister Mari, who has an intractable disease that causes her leg cells to increase when she becomes emotional and makes it difficult for her to walk. There, however, he takes RUOWA Metal, a drug that turns his muscles into metal, and begins to suffer terrible side effects.
